When it comes to what restaurant has the best chicken wings in Howard County, there are really 2 main categories for judging. There is the chicken itself, of course, the taste and size, the different flavors available, like BBQ or Old Bay seasoning (must try). There is also the veggies and blue cheese dip. Some restaurants do not put too much value on the veggies, but it can make a big difference. Nothing is worse than some of the soggy celery sticks I have seen out there.
